I created this blog in response to what I consider the devolution of man. We’ve become a far less empathetic and compassionate people over the last 40 years, and I believe we need to change course. I’m simply here to inspire those feelings in people to help jumpstart others into believing that compassion and empathy are necessary for all of us to succeed. And while I may be just one voice, I believe Robert Kennedy said it best about the power of a collective of people working together towards a greater good:
“Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.”
This blog was created to honor Robert Kennedy and his lasting mission towards bringing society together and tearing down barriers. We are a compassionate people and I believe by spreading his message we can take hold of that and create a better society.
